ACT/Alliance Program
Program Highlights
Alliance is
an intensive outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment program
serving children and adolescents in the Juvenile Court System. Our goals
are to reduce further legal involvement, to improve school performance,
and to strengthen the family system. Clients usually attend two to four
times a week over a six month period for individual, group and family counseling. Coordination of other services needed by the family is an integral part of the program.
Some of ACT/Alliance’s
services include:
- Individual
and family counseling
- Educational and
recreational peer involvement
- Collaboration
with court and schools
- Advocacy
- Transportation
(as needed)
- Youth violence
prevention
