Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Hartford (CCAOH) has officially launched its $3 million Good Will Follow campaign, announced during the agency’s annual Help & Hope fundraising event on Oct. 9, 2025.
The campaign aims to sustain and expand vital programs, invest in staff and facilities, and build an endowment to secure the nonprofit’s long-term future. More than $1.2 million has already been raised during the campaign’s quiet phase, with full participation from the Board of Trustees and support from key donors.
The Good Will Follow Campaign is anchored in three core pillars:
1) Care for Our Communities by sustaining and expanding vital programs for children, families, and seniors, such as youth services, behavioral health, and emergency assistance.
2) Power Our Purpose through investments that strengthen our dedicated staff’s impact and improve our facilities.
3) Fund Our Future to secure our endowment and ensure our community stewardship over the long term.
CCAOH served more than 11,000 individuals of all faiths, backgrounds and ages across Hartford, Litchfield, and New Haven counties last year. Unfortunately, demand for those services, ranging from emergency assistance and behavioral health to youth and senior programs, continues to increase, while traditional funding sources have become less predictable. This combination makes this campaign essential to sustaining and expanding CCAOH’s on-the-ground reach and human-to-human impact.
“For more than 100 years, Catholic Charities has walked alongside individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments, offering compassion, dignity, and help,” CEO Marek Kukulka said.
