Catholic Charities to provide Remote Learning Hub for Hartford Public Schools

Looking for FREE and SAFE in-person options for your child in kindergarten, first grade, second grade, or third grade?

Catholic Charities is pleased to partner with Hartford Public Schools to offer a learning hub location at our Institute for the Hispanic Family, 45 Wadsworth Street, Hartford.

This program is administered by Hartford’s Department of Families, Children, Youth, and Recreation. It is designed for families that selected in-person learning for their children, but who may be adversely impacted by COVID-19 related facility closures.

To be eligible, your child must:

  • Be a Hartford resident
  • Be enrolled in in-person kindergarten, first grade, second grade, or third grade and currently in hybrid or remote-only status
  • Have a working parent or caregiver who meets low- to moderate-income requirements

This program is administered by the City of Hartford and operates under license exemption by the CT Office of Early Childhood pursuant to Public Act 16-100.
