Catholic Charities USA launched a national awareness campaign to highlight work of all 168 agencies. The campaign, called We Are There, includes ads, video (below) and radio spots.

Stories about new programs being launched by the Behavioral Health team: A Fatherhood program in New Haven, an IOP program in Torrington, and a program at IHF to help people stop smoking.

The Have a Heart campaign was a success. We had donations from Saint Thomas & Saint Timothy Parish in West Hartford and a big one from Lockton that was delivered to the New Haven Behavioral Health Clinic by Provision Ministry.

A $125,000 grant from the M&T Charitable Foundation’s Amplify Fund going to the BOOST 2.0 program.

Our agency, along with the two other Catholic Charities in Connecticut, are receiving the Blessed Michael McGivney Award from the Connecticut State Council of the Knights of Columbus this Sunday.

Cleaned up the Constant Contact database; exploring the option of text messages; and updated our plan to save hundreds of dollars.

Launched the Have a Heart Campaign to collect basic essentials packages for Behavioral Health clients. Hoping to distribute starting on Valentine’s Day. Click here to download a flyer that can be posted at a donation site. There are posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram that can be shared.
