Home Visiting Program
Stronger Families, Stronger Futures (SF2) is a program in Greater Hartford that connects pregnant women and parents of young children to the resources that will help them thrive.

Our services include:
> Convenient home visitation and phone support;
> Child development and family strengthening;
> Parenting education and prenatal, postnatal and breastfeeding support group;
> Connection to basic needs, mental and physical health care and financial wellness resources.
We also provide home-based services to help families with children up to age 5 improve their overall well-being by reducing risks and barriers to success through multiple approaches:
> Parents as Teachers, one of those approaches, empowers parents with the knowledge they need to help their children be healthy, safe and ready to learn.
